Returns and Exchanges

At Unissued Strength Co., every product is made and fulfilled with intention. Many of our items are custom-produced, printed to order, or created specifically for partner organizations. Because of this, our return policy is structured accordingly.

1. Standard Apparel Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, standard apparel items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn
  • The item is unwashed
  • The item is in original condition
  • Tags are still attached (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

2. Custom & Partner Merch Orders

Due to the nature of custom production, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom unit apparel
  • Partner Merch Store items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Limited-run collaborations

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The incorrect item was shipped

If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include order number
  3. Include clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items returned after the allowed timeframe
  • Clearance or discounted final sale items
  • Gift cards

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
