Unissued Strength Co., operating under Nasty Girl LLC and owned by Lexi Bear Incorporated, respects intellectual property rights and operates in compliance with applicable trademark and licensing regulations.

1. Trademarks

The following marks are claimed trademarks of Unissued Strength:

The Unissued Strength Helmet Logo™

Trademark applications for these marks are currently pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

These marks may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized use of our trademarks may result in enforcement action.

2. Official Military Branch Licensing

Unissued Strength is currently working with all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces to obtain the appropriate trademark licensing and authorization for officially branded merchandise.

3. Military Division & Unit Programs

Custom unit apparel programs operate in compliance with applicable licensing requirements.

Official branch insignia, protected seals, and regulated marks are produced only under authorized licensing agreements.

Unit-generated artwork must not infringe upon federally protected military trademarks unless authorized.

4. Partner Merch Stores

Partner organizations submitting logos, artwork, or trademarks for production represent and warrant that:

They own the intellectual property submitted,
or
They have secured proper authorization from the rightful owner.

Unissued Strength Co. reserves the right to refuse production of materials that infringe on protected intellectual property.
