1. Trademarks
The following marks are claimed trademarks of Unissued Strength Co.:
- UNISSUED STRENGTH™
- The Unissued Strength Helmet Logo™
Trademark applications for these marks are currently pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
These marks may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized use of our trademarks may result in enforcement action.
2. U.S. Army Licensing
Unissued Strength Co. operates as an officially licensed vendor under the U.S. Army Trademark Licensing Program.
Use of Army trademarks, insignia, and associated marks is conducted under formal licensing authorization and in accordance with Army guidelines.
Use of Army trademarks does not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense unless expressly stated.
3. Military Division & Unit Programs
Custom unit apparel programs operate in compliance with applicable licensing requirements.
Official branch insignia, protected seals, and regulated marks are produced only under authorized licensing agreements.
Unit-generated artwork must not infringe upon federally protected military trademarks unless authorized.
4. Partner Merch Stores
Partner organizations submitting logos, artwork, or trademarks for production represent and warrant that:
- They own the intellectual property submitted,
or - They have secured proper authorization from the rightful owner.
Unissued Strength Co. reserves the right to refuse production of materials that infringe on protected intellectual property.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, imagery, and branding elements — is the property of Unissued Strength Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
